I try to avoid the dry, dates filled history tour and instead present the information in a more digestible and fun way.

To become an official licensed tourist guide in Austria means completing a 2 year compulsory course offered by the state, then being examined for all your chosen languages, guiding on a bus and while walking, a written and oral exam covering topics from the whole course.
Once all classes are attended, all semesters and exams are passed successfully an official trade licence for guiding is issued, which enables guiding anywhere in Austria as an “Austria Guide”.
